What are the ingredients of my recipe?

Coaching and follow up – in English or Mandarin

  • 30-minute interview with the family by phone, Skype or Facetime based to understand your needs and offer the best support for your ayi / helper
  • 20-minute interview with the ayi / helper via Facetime, Skype, Whats app or We chat to identify her level and explain the program
  • Weekly follow up via Wechat or Whatsapp by sending pictures of the ingredients she bought, the steps of the recipes and the result.
  • Weekly course review and assessment (10 minutes)
  • Weekly follow up by email with family
  • Final assessment
  • A Certificate of graduation according to results

Bilingual content – in English or Mandarin

  • Weekly instructional tutorials (video or PDF) that focus on the do’s and don’ts, techniques behind creating delicious, healthy dishes ( English or Chinese version depending on the helper’s mother tongue)
  • Weekly video and text recipes (English or Chinese version)
  • Free ideas of 3 balanced menus
  • Weekly recipes in PDF in English or French for the family
